Practice takes place at the EVHS Wrestling Room from 6:30 pm - 7:30 pm for beginners on Tuesday and Friday, starting November 4th, 2025. Elite/ Advanced practices take place at the EVHS Wrestling Room from 6:30 pm - 8:00 pm Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday, starting November 3rd, 2025.
